Returns & Exchanges

At Made By Molly, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn clothing in its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain attached.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier drop-off location and keep your tracking number to monitor your refund status.
